Level 3 & 4 Learning and Development Qualifications
The five learning and development qualifications are as follows:
The suite of five work-based qualifications has sufficient breadth to cater for those people who are wishing to get a grounding in learning and development, through to those practitioners with relatively complex skills and autonomy who work across several, if not all, phases of the Learning and Development Cycle. The Level 4 Diploma in Learning and Development is also suitable for those who manage learning and development provision at an operational level.
With the exception of the Level 3 Award in Understanding the Principles and Practices of Learning and Development, all the qualifications within this suite are assessed in the workplace. There are no exams and there will be little, if any, disruption to learners’ normal work activity to enable them to produce a portfolio of evidence for assessment.
